1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Fairview Roleplay verification service ("the Service") at fairviewroleplay.xyz, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service allows Discord server members to link and verify ownership of a Roblox account using Roblox's official OAuth 2.0 authentication. Verification is used to grant a verified role within the Fairview Roleplay Discord server and to associate in-game activity with a Discord account for moderation purposes.

3. Account Linking

Each Discord account may be linked to one Roblox account, and each Roblox account may be linked to one Discord account, unless a server administrator explicitly grants an exception. Attempting to link multiple accounts to bypass moderation, bans, or server rules is prohibited and may result in a permanent block from the Service and the Discord server.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use a VPN, proxy, Tor, or any IP-masking technology while verifying;
• Verify using a Roblox account you do not own or have authorization to use;
• Attempt to circumvent a ban, block, or restriction placed on your Discord or Roblox account;
• Interfere with, probe, or attempt to disrupt the Service's infrastructure or security controls;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or revoke verification for any Discord or Roblox account at our sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these Terms, our server rules, or suspected fraudulent activity. IP addresses and Roblox accounts associated with abuse may be banned from using the Service.

6. Data Collection

Use of the Service involves collection of certain data as described in our Privacy Policy, including Discord account information, Roblox account information, IP address, and device/browser metadata used for fraud and abuse prevention.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairview Roleplay and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of Discord roles, access, or data.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Service, or third parties. You may request removal of your verification link at any time through the verification page or by contacting staff.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
